With the recent Father’s Day Sushi Cake where we featured jolly old Darth Vader and (possibly whiny) Luke Skywalker, we thought it would be fun to bring in even more Funko Pop! characters for folks to decorate their sushi cakes with.

Hello Kitty loves salmon! The delightful look of Hello Kitty is sure to bring a smile to everyone. Our salmon lover sushi cake comes with the Funko Pop! Hello Kitty holding a slice of cake (please note - Hello Kitty comes in its own box; the picture is for display purposes only).
Made with sushi rice mixed with tobiko (flying fish roe), shredded kani stick and furikake (Japanese dried fish seasoning), and generously topped with salmon sashimi. It is decorated with a tuna “rose”, as well as the following five Standing Sushi Bar’s specialty rolls:
Rockstar Roll: Seared Salmon draped over Cheddar and covered in Seared Mentaiko (Pollock Roe) Sauce
Under The Sea: Kani (Crabstick), Avocado and Kyuri (Japanese Cucumber) topped with Aburi Hotate (Scallop) with Mentaiko (Pollock Roe) Sauce
Beyond Philly: Salmon Sashimi and Avocado wrapped with Seared Cheese and Salmon Roe
My Salty Sweetie: Ebi (Cooked Prawn) Fry, Kani (Crab Stick) and Avocado wrapped with Mango, Tobiko (Flying Fish Roe) & Ebiko (Prawn Roe)
Rainbow Roll: Avocado and Kani (Crab Stick) wrapped with Assorted Sashimi
