A sushi cake with all cooked ingredients. Made with sushi rice mixed with tobiko (flying fish roe), shredded kani stick and furikake (Japanese dried fish seasoning), and generously topped with unagi sashimi. It is decorated with a mango “rose”, as well as the following four Standing Sushi Bar’s specialty rolls:

• Lobster Maki: Cooked lobster chunks in wasabi mayo, avocado and cucumber, coated with Tobiko (Flying Fish Roe)

• My Salty Sweetie: Ebi (Cooked Prawn) Fry, Kani (Crab Stick) and Avocado wrapped with Mango, Tobiko (Flying Fish Roe) & Ebiko (Prawn Roe)

• Under The Sea: Kani (Crabstick), Avocado and Kyuri (Japanese Cucumber) topped with Aburi Hotate (Scallop) with Mentaiko (Pollock Roe) Sauce

• Crabby Chicken Maki: Soft-shell Crab and Avocado topped with Chicken Floss
