We use fresh Norwegian salmon that arrives daily at our restaurant. We use whole fish and fillet it into neta (the blocks of sashimi) in-house at our restaurant. This ensures the best tasting and freshest salmon sashimi possible. Few other Japanese restaurants in Singapore do this, and you can tell the difference when you try our salmon sashimi.

Standing Sushi Bar has been operating since 2009 and salmon madness has been a feature of our restaurant since 2011.
