Omakase means "I'll leave it up to you" — you pick the seat, the chef picks the fish. It's the easy way to eat well: no menu to puzzle over, just a sequence of courses chosen for the day and the season. This month, one price covers two of you.
What's on the set
Each omakase includes:
Sashimi — four SLICES, sliced to order
Nigiri — six pieces, with otoro among them (the rich, marbled belly of the tuna — the cut that practically melts)
Handroll — the chef's recommendation that day
A deep-fried course
Soup
Dessert
The set changes daily, so the exact fish follows whatever's freshest at the counter.
For the dads
