Our January Omakase is designed to showcase the versatility of the handroll. Each set includes a rotating selection of six premium handrolls, anchored by our monthly highlight.
The Signature Highlight: Honmaguro Zuke – Bluefin Tuna marinated in our house-made soy blend.
The Savory Finish: Our house-made Miso Soup is served to conclude the savory course, followed by the Chef’s Dessert of the Day.
