Made with sushi rice mixed with tobiko (flying fish roe), shredded kani stick and furikake (Japanese dried fish seasoning), and topped with sakura denbu (sweet savoury pink flaked fish condiment)
It is decorated with ikura (salmon roe) and a salmon “rose”, as well as the following four Standing Sushi Bar’s specialty rolls:

• Rockstar Roll: Seared Salmon draped over Cheddar and covered in Torched Mentaiko Sauce

• Puff the Magic Dragon: Prawn Tempura and Cucumber wrapped with Grilled Eel and Tobiko

• Foie Sure Maki: Foie Gras, Avocado and Deep- fried Tempura Butter covered with Scallop and Flying Fish Roe dipped in Signature Sweet Sauce

• Uni Cali Maki: Sea Urchin, served on Maki filled with Crabstick, Avocado, and rolled in dried ground fish and sesame
