Made with fresh slices of Norwegian salmon sashimi, our pumpkin dazzles with a seaweed face and cucumber stem. Filling out the middle is sushi rice mixed with tobiko (flying fish roe), shredded kani stick and furikake (Japanese dried fish seasoning). The rice itself is extra-delicious and this cake is sure to be a treat rather than trick.
