*At Standing Sushi Bar, we take pride in our expression of Shiro Maguro (white tuna), where it is expertly marinated in-house in our Chef’s special blend of thin-sliced garlic, olive oil and shoyu to offer one that is exclusive to Standing Sushi Bar.
We recommend trying it on its own without dipping in more shoyu.
